RP3 Electric holds a 5-star Google rating from 14 ratings. A recent customer had an outdated 100-amp setup of two old panels upgraded to a current panel, along with a whole-home surge protector, a 30-amp generator inlet outside, a new mudroom outlet and three dedicated circuits. That customer said Ryan was on time, explained the work as he went, and that they put down a drop cloth and cleaned up after themselves. A sub panel for an unfinished basement moved quickly: Ryan came out to assess and gave an estimate the same weekend he was contacted, and the job was done the following week. In a 2026 review, a customer who hired Ryan to install a Tesla Wall Connector in Wallingford said he helped choose the charger placement so the cable reached the port, and left the garage cleaner than he found it. A 2026 customer said Ryan installed an EV charging system, ran the wiring a long distance from source to equipment, and estimated the cost accurately. A 2026 customer described having all the outlets and light switches replaced in a 70s house because of bad wiring and safety issues, plus a TV mount and a recessed outlet, and called the prices fair. A 2026 customer named the owner as Ryan Nelson and said RP3 installed recessed lighting and new light fixtures and replaced and upgraded all the outlets. A 2026 review came from a customer who develops single-family homes and said they trust RP3 with all of the electrical work. In a 2025 review, a customer whose main power wire and meter were ripped off the house by a fallen tree said Ryan was in the driveway within 10 minutes and an estimate was written out the same night. That 2025 customer said Ryan and his crew were on the job by the next day, and that Ryan lent a generator for the night to keep the fridge and freezer working.

Ryan & his team came out today to upgrade my outdated 100amp panel mess (2 extremely old panels with crazy wiring) to a current day panel. They also installed a whole home surge protector, a 30amp inlet outside for our generator, added a new outlet into our mudroom which had none, and installed 3 dedicated circuits throughout the house for various things (sump pumps & dishwasher). Ryan was on time and had great communication when it came to his arrival time, the date we had scheduled and even explained things as he was working every time I popped my head in to see what he was doing! They cleaned up after themselves and even put down a drop cloth for when they walked through the house from the basement. As they were getting closer to finishing up their job I remembered that I needed "one more thing" done that I forgot to mention when he first arrived. They took care of it for me and left me extremely satisfied with my first ever needed electrical job. For a first time homeowner like myself, and for all people in need of electrical work, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND RP3 Electric! 10/10 experience, I WILL be calling again!
I contacted Ryan at RP3 Electric to inquire a sub panel installation in our unfinished basement on a Friday and by the same weekend he came to our home to assess and provided an estimate. The following week, the RP3 team came out and executed the job flawlessly. Communicative, courteous and professional… I would highly recommend them!
I cannot recommend Ryan and the RP3 team enough! We needed all of our outlets and light switches replaced in our 70s house due to bad wiring and safety issues. He and his team communicated well, were on time, and very respectful of our home. They cleaned up after themselves and were all very kind. I had them mount our tv and add a recessed outlet and they held the tv up against the wall multiple times for me to choose the best placement. He also added an extra outlet in one of our rooms so we would have a more convenient place for our wifi router. His prices are fair and it’s clear he cares about his customers!
Ryan from RP3 Electric was at my house this morning and crushed it. On time, knowledgeable, and did excellent work. Couldn’t ask for a better experience—highly recommend RP3 Electric.
