I recently called RTown for a full home inspection on a property I was interested in buying. Buying a home for the first time can be a bit scary (especially when the home is deemed a “fixer upper”), but from the very first phone call I had with Dave, I knew I had made the right choice. He was very kind and went above and beyond in order to make an appointment that would work best for my schedule. Officially booking the appointment and filling out paperwork through his website was a breeze. On the day of the inspection, I explained my situation and he immediately invited me to walk with him throughout the entire inspection, taking the time to stop and explain everything he was seeing, what it meant, and recommendations on what would have to be done in order to fix the issue. He answered all of my questions thoroughly and within 24 hours of our inspection, I received a very detailed report highlighting everything we came across, along with a ton of useful pictures. He followed up a couple days later, saying he was available to answer any other questions I may have after reviewing the report. I simply cannot say enough what a joy it was to meet and work with Dave, and how happy I was with my experience with RTown Home Inspections. If you are in need of a home inspection, look no further!
