A December 2025 customer rebuilding after water damage drove to the workshop on a Saturday morning; he came by two days later, measured, and quoted, and they said he stayed responsive through a job that involved several other companies doing demolition and mitigation first. A January 2026 customer who commissioned vanities, a wet bar, a pantry and a kitchen called the cabinets some of the nicest they had used, and added a practical caveat: on custom work, having style and colour selections settled up front is what keeps the process smooth.
