OBrien Handyman Services

Doors are the recurring job in OBrien Handyman Services’ Peabody work: sliding doors, storm doors, stuck locks, and the small repairs that can save a homeowner from replacing something that still works. The company describes itself as owner-operated by Mike OBrien and says he has more than four decades in home repair. It lists general repairs, drywall and water-damage or mold repair, pressure and soft washing, and custom woodwork among its services. Angi accounts from 2014 through 2019 describe quick fixes to sliding and storm doors, window repairs, gutter cleaning, and other small projects. In one 2019 account, a damaged lock turned into a harder job than expected, but OBrien kept to the agreed price rather than replacing the door. Another 2019 door project ran into bad weather after a hired worker quit partway through; the customer said OBrien saw it through and made it right. A 2021 furniture-repair customer said the wait was worthwhile. In October 2022, a customer hired OBrien for exterior powerwashing and added deck painting after seeing the work; the reviewer described him as meticulous and noted he chose to brush-paint for a better finish. Angi displays 5.0 stars across 26 ratings, while the written job accounts span 2014 to 2022. The Massachusetts registry verifies home improvement contractor registration 201790 as active under OBrien Handyman Services LLc.
