RVM Inspections

A customer inspecting a rent-to-own property said the inspection caught major safety issues they had not noticed. That June 2026 Google account is one of the reasons people describe RVM Inspections in terms of thoroughness. The Oxford, Massachusetts business lists Rocco Micciche and a 3 Theresa Circle address on its own website, which also publishes home-inspection guidance. Reporting gets specific praise. A June 2026 reviewer said Rocco was responsive and delivered the inspection report the same day. In July, a customer who came through a daughter’s recommendation described a detailed property report that informed their process and said they would hire him again. Another July reviewer praised his efficiency and knowledge, saying he helped their clients understand their new home. Google shows a 5-star average from 62 ratings. Earlier customers also described explanations they could follow. In a March 2026 review, a first-time homeowner said Rocco was punctual and walked them clearly through every step of the inspection. A November 2025 reviewer praised a report that was easy to understand, while an October 2025 customer said every issue was listed and explained.
