S&A Fencing’s customers have described both completed fence installations they were pleased with and problems getting unfinished or broken fencing addressed. The business is based in Goffstown, New Hampshire. Google reports a 4.3-star average from 16 ratings. In an October 2022 review, a customer described hiring the company to clear trees, brush, and an old wooden fence before installing a vinyl fence. They said gaps beside the house and gates allowed their dogs to escape. According to the reviewer, repeated calls and weeks passed before fixes, the gates remained unfinished a year later, and the cleared area contained stumps, roots, and fence debris. They also said later digging uncovered buried fencing debris. A March 2023 reviewer said the owner had ignored calls and texts about fence issues after installation the previous spring. An update marked July 2025 said the fence had broken again and the owner was again ignoring them. A separate March 2022 reviewer objected to an $11,000 installation quote for what they described as a very small yard, plus a $1,000 fence-removal charge. Those figures were that customer’s reported quote, not a published price schedule. Other customers writing in 2021 and 2022 praised the work and scheduling. In a February 2022 review, a customer who bought fencing directly from a manufacturer said Anthony identified incorrect parts, built what he could, and emailed exactly which replacements to request. The reviewer said the crew returned to finish after the correct parts arrived and praised the completed fence. Another February 2022 customer described work on February 24 in temperatures in the teens: the job finished sooner than expected, the site was clean, and Anthony walked them through the work. A July 2022 reviewer said S&A’s quote was the lowest of four and that it offered summer installation while the alternatives offered fall. An October 2021 customer likewise praised the fence, reasonable cost, and early completion. In a July 2022 review about a different job, a homeowner described a quick mailbox replacement with a granite post despite frozen ground.
