Angi shows 4.6 stars from 20 ratings, and BuildZoom lists Steven and Ervira Adams as owners with 14 building permits from 2017 to 2025 in Methuen, Lowell, Westford and Danvers. The written reviews run from 2017 to mid-2023, so read them as history. In a 2019 review, a homeowner described a $15,000 basement remodel — new interior walls, drywall and plaster, a drop ceiling and flooring — as a good price with a responsive team; another that year had the north side of the house resided for $9,100 and a third had an attic finished with drywall, a new wall and paint for $3,900, saying Steve stayed flexible as plans changed. A 2017 customer recorded a $75,000 job and called him dependable and prompt. Drywall and crack repair in 2020 came with a look at possible problems beyond the job and no pressure to fix them. Two customers left it unhappy. For drywall, finishing and paint work from a crew that customers in 2019 and 2020 found quick and fairly priced, ask about the current registration status and confirm which town the crew works out of — and agree on prep and cleanup for any painting job.
