S C Plumbing & Heating Inc.

S C Plumbing & Heating is a plumbing business, and a recent Google customer said Ernest was their plumber for an addition, with work running from the sewer line across the house to copper water lines, a whole house filter, a hot water recirculator and a hydronic hot water heating system. That customer said they also had him replace their indirect tank. The company describes itself on its website as a full service plumbing, gas fitting and hydronic heating company, and as a father and son company. Its Massachusetts plumber license, number 16294-PL-M, is active on the state registry, with Ernest Kuk as the holder of record. A recent reviewer said Ernest has helped them with projects of various sizes for almost 10 years. A 2026 customer in Cambridge said that, as part of a basement renovation, Ernest completed a sewer drain line replacement, removed old steam heat pipes and a boiler, added a new full bathroom and a laundry/utility sink, installed two heat pump water heaters and updated aged supply lines to PEX. That 2026 customer also said he was scrupulous about permitting and inspection. A 2026 customer said Ernest removed their old fiberglass shower and replaced it with a modern shower with modern fixtures; because they had only one shower, he scheduled the job around their vacation so he could do it while they were away. A 2026 reviewer said Ernest moved their home from old big radiators to baseboard heating, installed their dishwasher and moved their washing machine, and that when they redid their bathroom he pointed out an alternative layout. A 2026 customer said that over the past year Ernest replaced an old hot water tank, installed new shower heads, set up a reverse osmosis water filtration system and fixed a frozen dishwasher water line. A 2026 reviewer said they had worked with Ernest for several years, both personally and with a few commercial buildings, and that he installed boilers and reconfigured their old plumbing. In 2024, a customer said Ernest helped them complete a full bathroom remodel and later completed a full replacement of their hot water heater and heating system. A 2024 reviewer said Ernest repaired or replaced their external faucets and installed a reverse osmosis water filtration system.
