Peter presented 4 design options including 1 that increased kitchen & bedroom space up to 20% by removing unused chimney, which we chose. Estimates were accurate with few extras. Workmanship exceeded expectations. Especially since the house was built in 1949.

Peter Sabean did a great job with my home office remodel. The house is several hundred years old, therefore nothing was square - and it wasnt easy to get a built in set of shelfs or doors that fit. Peter found ways to account for all this and the finished product came out great! He was easy to work with and responsive as well. I will definitely use him for all projects going forward.

Double Built-in bunkbeds. I have been working on finishing my attic for a while and one of the last parts of the project was custom bunkbeds. I did not have the time to take on this part of the project and started searching for someone take on this phase. My wife found Peter on Home Advisor and scheduled and introductory call. Peter showed up on time and was very open about the work he had done in the past and was excited about helping us with the project. Peter explained how he would handle the project. There would be two phases, the design phase and the build phase, and he laid out what to expect in each phase. Working with Peter on the design phase was great, I felt like I was part of the team. Peter used a 3D CAD tool to mock-up the design and we reviewed each iteration together until we landed on the final design. This process took about two weeks during which we had three or four meetings to review the updates. Once we agreed on the final design, we moved on to the build phase. We took delivery of the lumber and Peter started the build. The project took two and a half weeks to complete. At different points during this phase Peter would solicit feedback which I truly appreciated. Peter completed the project on time, on budget and the final product looks amazing! We can't wait to work with Peter on the next project

Peter did an amazing job on my new kitchen, he was very meticulous, clean, and did everything on schedule and on budget. I would highly recommend Sabean Design for any home project and I will be using him for my future projects.
