Sam's HVAC, run by Sam (called "Sami" in several reviews) out of Worcester, has built an unusually deep run of specific, positive reviews across both HVAC and plumbing work — 27 reviews from 2022 through this year, all but one landing at 4 or 5 stars. Response time comes up constantly. In an August 2026 review, one customer describes Sam as quick, timely, and efficient while converting baseboard heaters onto one system and flagging a rebate program that saved them money; recent reviews from this summer describe the same pace. Older accounts describe even more striking numbers — in a 2022 review, one customer says Sam arrived six minutes after calling; in a 2023 review, another describes calling at 8am with no heat and having it fixed before the day got going. The work spans more than furnaces and AC units. Reviewers describe oil boiler cleanings, three mini-splits installed in one job, ductless systems, and duct cleaning on the HVAC side, alongside leaky faucet repairs, frozen pipes, a broken water heater, and a new gas line and Rinnai heater install on the plumbing side. In a 2024 review, one longtime customer says they won't let anyone else touch their home's "heating/cooling/plumbing" and trusts Sam's crew in the house even when they're not home. There is one real complaint on file worth knowing about: an undated Better Business Bureau review describes a new Bosch heat pump that "didn't start up well" after installation. It's a single account without a date attached, but it's a real one, not something to gloss over. The Better Business Bureau gives the company an A+ grade, though without accreditation, and lists three license numbers for the business; none of those appear independently verified against a state registry here, so they're worth confirming directly. For HVAC or plumbing work in the Worcester area — especially something urgent — this is a small operation with an exceptionally consistent, many-year run of fast, thorough, well-explained service.
These style, my equipment baseboard heaters, and they eliminated the hot water tank and save me so much money on that because now I am connected with one System because of that, Sams HVHC saved me money on rebate.. thank you for mentioning the rebate program..
