I cannot say enough great things about King of Service and Isa. This was, without question, the best experience I’ve had with any contractor in over 37 years. During the recent extreme heat, both of my central air conditioning units stopped working in my four-level condo in Worcester. I first called one of the largest and most well-known HVAC companies in the area. After inspecting the system, they told me both units were beyond repair and recommended replacing everything with new units integrated with my heat pumps—for a total cost of approximately $28,000. They explained they had performed pressure tests and a complete diagnostic and concluded there was no point in trying to save either unit. Wanting a second opinion, I called King of Service. We recently called King Of Service as we had problem with no heat. Issam communicated great and was very knowledgeable and very helpful at fixing the problem with the furnace.
