Samuel was amazing and helpful. He was on time and had great communication. Not only did he fix my freezer but he also recommended best places to purchase parts at a reasonable cost. Samuel also took the time to teach me about features on my refrigerator that I didn’t even know were there. I’ll definitely be recommending him to others.

My sister has used Samuel's Appliace Repair for years. She recommended Junior to me. Junior came, when he said that he would, he repaired my washer quickly and he had the part in hand. He was kind, friendly and very knowledgeable! Junior told me things about my washer that I never knew and he recommended some things to keep my washer running perfectly. I would HIGHLY recommend him without reservation!

Junior Samuels replaced a drain line on my dishwasher, and the next day my dishwasher stopped draining and showed an error message. He has completely ignored my calls and texts to come back and fix the problem. Poor workmanship and zero accountability. I would not recommend.

He won’t return my call to fix his repair. This is causing me to contact BBB and persue him wasting my time and his. All he has to do is tighten a few screws that I can’t reach
