A couple who had their retirement home built wrote in April 2026 that Kenny and his team were accommodating from site selection onward, and a Keene couple writing in December 2023 described weekly photo updates through their build. A homeowner writing in October 2025 said the house had gone up on schedule three years earlier. Two of the five-star reviews come from trade partners rather than customers — an electrical subcontractor of more than five years and a kitchen and millwork supplier of nearly twenty — both describing timely schedules and neat job sites.
