Great inspector and inspection. John was awesome and knowledgeable. He explained everything to us and even gave ideas as well as suggestions on improvements that would save energy. He also made suggestions on safety items throughout the property inside and outside. Everything he did was very professional and informative. Great service and we would definitely use him and the company he works for on all our future needs on any home we need to have looked at. You cannot go wrong using them!

Bill Wilkes did a great job on the house inspection. He was very professional and thorough during the entire process. Bill made sure to explain everything and answer any questions that I had during the inspection. The detailed report was easy to follow and understand the information about the house with pictures and clear descriptions of what was found or seen. Overall, it was a great experience working with Bill from Schaefer Inspection Service, Inc.

The technician was very professional while doing the Inspection he explained everything he was checking as he went along and what might need attention. I would recommend them to anyone who wants a thorough job done.

Adam and the team at Schaefer Inspection Service were exceptional to work with for our home inspection. Adam was thorough, patient and extremely knowledgeable. He made sure that all questions were answered, not only from myself and my husband but our family who was in attendance at the inspection as well, which I greatly appreciated. The educational resources that were provided to us during and after our inspection were also super helpful being a new home owner. Would highly recommend Schaefer Inspection service for your next home inspection.
