They showed up at our house on time(a big deal to me). Everyone was polite and they informed us what was going on for installation. PROMPTNESS and efficiency are two words that describe Jake and his crew. We are enjoying our pump that was installed in our family room. I would recommend this company to any one looking for a heat pump.
Every time I needed work done, Jacob was on time. He was able to take care of a new new install, servicing, and cleaning the units. I was very satisfied with the service and the charges were reasonable. He’ll be the first person I call when I need something fixed and would recommend him.
Jake was very professional, and very prompt. If I needed to get in touch with him he answered very quickly. I highly recommend him . He did a good job and we were pleased with the installation of our heat pumps and are enjoying them a lot.
