Those are the directory's records, not the state's. BuildZoom also states it has received no reviews for the business, so there is no homeowner account to weigh here at all. Worth a call for straightforward residential electrical work in the Winthrop area — but ask him directly for his current licence number and a couple of recent local jobs you can check.
