Mark is a fantastic electrician and all around guy. We had outlets that were burning out. Super scary because we have a toddler 😬. Turned out we have aluminum wiring, which is no longer used and not code compliant for new builds. We couldn’t afford to rewire the entire house. Mark helped us research a code compliant solution and sourced harder to find outlets that are suitable for aluminum. He updated all the corresponding breakers. Then our panel started to be reactive because aluminum just isn’t great and the new breakers kept tripping. It took a lot of trouble shooting and creative thinking but Mark helped us get through an otherwise tough winter until we could determine the best path towards a full house rewire. He’s very honest, transparent, punctual and responsive. As a woman I never felt talked down to (as some contractors do because they think women don’t understand technician information). He answers questions with specificity, does proper and transparent contracting, and will refund any extra money if the costs come in lower. Honestly, he might be one of few contractors left that are truly trustworthy. Highly recommended.
