Highlights
- Owner-operated — Kosta has run the company for 12 years
- Family trade — his father founded the business over 30 years ago
- Prep work included — power washing and light carpentry alongside painting
- Google standing — 5 stars across its two ratings
Kosta learned to paint from his father, and by the company's own account he has been running Seaside Painting Co. for the last 12 years — the Osterville business his father started on Cape Cod more than 30 years ago. The work is interior and exterior painting for both homes and commercial properties, with power washing and light carpentry offered alongside it. On Google the company holds 5 stars from two ratings. For a Cape Cod repaint where you want the person quoting the job to be the person doing it, this is the right size of shop. Ask how the exterior prep is handled — washing, scraping, priming, any trim repair the light-carpentry side would cover — and confirm licensing and insurance before the first coat goes on.
