Absolutely atrocious. They came two hours late, and refused to walk me through what they were going to do in my home, where and what they would spray. Spraying for bed bugs took them 6 minutes. Six. I had interceptors on the bed and only some of them turned yellow (from the poison) meaning crucial parts of the bed weren't even sprayed!!! They didn't even spray all of the baseboards. It was wild seeing the negligence and incompetence. They missed multiple critical steps they commit to as part of their service, include #2 on their website, "Inspect", they did not inspect the property at all, and #3 on their website "Identify", they did not identify the root cause of the problem. I'm still left in the dark. And when I called to get more info from customer service, a rude manager intervened on the call and told me to stop asking them questions. They wouldn't even disclose what poison they use, so I can know how long its residual effect is! Complete ripoff and shoddy business practices.

YUCK. These folks were hired by our condo’s management office and it seems to be a disfuncional business and a toxic work environment: one person says one thing, another says something else, and another gets upset when we mention the contradiction! We just want to know our options regarding "organic" pest control in our particular situation, that's all. We tried talking to the owner to ask about our options and it was a massive waiste of time—only non-answers came out of the mouth of this condescending lady. Oh well, we’ll take our business elsewhere 🤷
