The business describes itself as woman-owned with more than twenty years of kitchen and bath design experience, and the Better Business Bureau lists it as a sole proprietorship started in 2009. The strongest thread in the reviews is design and project management. Homeowners name their designer - Kimberly, April, Stephanie, Valerie - and describe multiple design iterations, a written day-by-day site schedule that was actually kept, and subcontractors who had clearly worked together before. One 2025 kitchen took six weeks including taking down a wall between kitchen and living room; another reviewer, five years on from their install, still rates the cabinets and says they would buy an island from the same shop. After-sale service comes up repeatedly and positively: a discoloured drawer replaced within a week of a call, punch-list items chased down, and a reviewer who credits the current owner, Karen, with putting right a couple of issues personally. The thing to raise before you go in is how a SMALL job is handled. Two separate reviewers who came in for one item - a replacement pantry drawer, and a five-foot island - describe being turned away or left waiting: one was told to order from a website rather than being seen, the other's meeting went well but did not produce what they came for. A 2020 remodel review adds a different complaint: days when nobody turned up without notice, smaller items deferred behind a bigger job, and a request to return and re-caulk quoted at $68 an hour rather than covered.
