Ray, Mark and team did an outstanding job renovating an in-law apartment that was in extremely bad shape after long occupancy. The place was a nightmare. The task included junk and abandoned possessions removal, removal of destroyed rugs, flooring, sub-flooring, wallpaper and cabinetry, and various other items. It was a big task. These guys did a very through, quick and complete clean out. The repair work included complete re-flooring, rug installation, painting, replacement of bathroom and kitchen cabinetry, sink, stove, refrigerator, appliances, as well as replacement of ceiling fans and light fixtures. A significant amount of carpentry was involved. They were extremely competent, prompt, through, respectful. Ray, Mark and the whole team were a pleasure to work with. They get the job done right. I would not hesitate to hire them again. I recommend RPS highly.
