SepTek's website states that it is insured. In a recent review, SepTek came out promptly, fit the customer into its schedule and did an excellent job. In another recent review, he responds quickly and came out to help in a pinch, at a price that customer called affordable. In a 2026 review naming Davidson Septek, a customer said they would not have anyone else take care of their septic needs and that when the work is done you would never know they were there. In a separate 2026 review, the problem was resolved quickly on a Sunday, and Mark spent extra time explaining how the customer's system works and gave advice on how to prevent the problems from happening again.
