SepticPro customers describe septic pumping, inspections and system installation, alongside complaints about damaged equipment and disputed inspection advice. The Keene company says it has twenty-two years in business. Google shows a 4.3-star average from 34 ratings. A January 2026 customer alleged that technicians broke a PVC pipe in the pump chamber, left the pump broken and attempted to charge for the visit without acknowledging the damage. In August 2023, a Vermont seller said SepticPro described their system as fair to poor and estimated replacement at $30,000. The seller said the buyers withdrew their offer and that a second company later found the system functional. Those are the seller's accounts of the inspection and its consequences. A July 2026 reviewer also criticized work quality and trustworthiness. Other customers describe useful explanations and responsive pumping service. In September 2025, a homeowner said SepticPro had installed their new system and later pumped it, kept them informed while waiting for the appointment and accommodated an afternoon request. The customer praised the technician's explanation of the system and the office's help. A January 2024 buyer praised Adam and Trey during an inspection of an older septic system. They said Adam explained what he was inspecting and the office made arrangements easy, with check-ins throughout. In July 2023, a holding-tank customer described repeated emergency pumping calls during heavy rain and said a truck arrived in less than an hour on the morning of that review. An August 2024 customer also praised a quick pumping appointment. Communication complaints include a June 2023 review about unanswered calls and voicemails, and a July 2022 customer who eventually received a site assessment after three weeks of what they considered unrealistic delivery promises. An April 2026 customer, by contrast, praised prompt service on two jobs during the same week.
I would avoid avoid avoid! The quality of work is very poor and they are very untrustworthy.
We had the team perform two different jobs within the same week, and both times we received prompt service and above and beyond customer service. This was our first time doing business with Septic Pro, and it won’t be our last. We hope we won’t need their services again anytime soon, but we will not hesitate to call in the future. Thank you all so much for being there when we needed it most!
The owner's a true snake oil salesman, not even clear he knows what he's doing. The technicians are inexperienced, lacking the basic knowledge and equipment to do their jobs while pretending to be professionals. They broke a PVC pipe in my pump chamber, didn't fess up to it - I found it myself, left me with a broken pump saying "all done!", and tried to charge me for it. Call anyone else.
We have a new system and our town requires pumping every 3 years. We had used another company for decades. After the system was installed by SepticPro we stayed with them. Though it took some time for them to come out (we were in not hurry) they kept us well inform on the timing. When the day came for our pumping I requested afternoon, NO PROBLEM. The Tech explained our new system and was well informed. So I'm guessing we will stay with SepticPro very professional and the office is very friendly, helpful and cooperative.
Great customer service, great pricing, and an amazing membership that takes all the worry off of owning a septic tank!
