Servco Oil & Propane

Servco Oil & Propane delivers heating oil and services the furnaces that burn it. A 2026 customer said they had been with Servco for over 25 years and liked setting up a budget plan to know each month what they would pay for heating oil. The company names New Canaan, Ridgefield, Danbury and Wilton as its service area. Recent service calls cover both heating and cooling. Chris arrived on time, took an upper-floor AC apart, found insulation blocking the air flow and fixed it on the spot, a recent customer wrote. A recent customer with a propane wall heater in a laundry room said Xavier diagnosed the part needed, a thermocoupler, and returned with it the following day to repair it. A recent customer wrote that the tech was patient during the heat and that a new furnace was on order. A 2025 customer said that when their 17-year-old AC stopped working at 5 pm on a Friday, Servco came within 2 hours and replaced a part, with no emergency call fee. A 2022 customer in Westport said the company kept the household oil topped up and came out in storms and at night. In a 2023 review, a Wilton customer said a tropical storm knocked out the pilot box of an old propane hot water heater; Vinny suggested an indirect system off the oil furnace, and Andy worked most of the day installing it. A 2025 customer in Norwalk said Servco installed a propane heating system, air handler and air conditioning, and that the propane system had problems that took some time to figure out before it was resolved. A 2022 customer said one unit of a minisplit system Servco installed could not cool the area it was designed for, and that the company replaced it with a bigger one.
