Servencio Painting and Carpentry

Despite the painting in its name, Servencio Painting and Carpentry advertises carpentry work: decks and porches, framing, cabinets, deck repair and finish carpentry. It operates from 72 Rogers Ave in Lynn. BuildZoom's profile lists a Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration, #214401, under the company name Servencios Painting & Carpentry Inc, with Servencio De Leon named as its owner. Take the number to the state register and check it there before you commit. One thing to sort out on the first call: the phone number on that profile, (786) 372-4872, carries a Miami area code rather than a local one, so confirm you have reached the Lynn shop. For a deck rebuild, a porch, or finish carpentry inside the house, ask for the scope and price in writing, ask for proof of liability insurance, and ask to see a couple of recent jobs of the same kind.
