Service Plus Well Pumps works on well pumps and the plumbing around them. In a 2022 review, a customer said Sam replaced their well pump and pressure tank along with a lot of pipework. A 2025 customer said Sam had installed their system about five years earlier. When water stopped reaching the filter chamber, that 2025 customer said Sam called back and walked them through troubleshooting steps until the problem was solved.
I was changing the filter on my Water Pump and after turning on both the inlet and the outlet handles, the filter area wasn't filling with water. The pump seemed to be working fine, the pressure value read a normal value, but no water was entering the chamber where the filter resides. I couldn't figure it out so I finally decided to called Sam at Service Plus who installed the system for me about five years ago. He patiently walked me through several troubleshooting steps before asking me, "Did you remember to turn the lever at the top of the filter on?" I looked and, Oh my, I had forgotten! I turned it and all my troubles were instantly resolved! It was wonderful to receive a call back from an installer from so many years ago and receive his kind assistance, helping me out of a "No water in the House" jam!
Sam was awesome. Very knowledgeable and informative. Replaced our well pump and pressure tank and a lot of pipework. We are very happy with the result. Thank you Sam We will use you again if ever we need to and we would recommend you to anyone who needs plumbing work done. EXCELLENT
