Today was my first experience with Services Solutions. From initial call to completing the job they were excellent. Very professional, knowledgeable pleasant.

Extremely happy with the service I received from Service Solutions. Had a leaking seal on a toilet and a hairline crack in the plumbing stack pipe and needed service rather quickly. Service Solutions was reccomended by another plumber and they came out immediately and fixed the problem. Francis was thorough, friendly, explained all the steps and costs involved in the repair process and cleaned up after he was finished. I would definitely reccomend using Service Solutions for any needed plumbing service.

Where do I even start... we moved in about 6 months ago and our realtor's brother, Jason, works for this company and is such a kind person who raved about his employer, so we decided to give them a shot. 2 weeks ago the owner, John, came out to look at our basement as we prepare to put in an in-law apartment and he was knowledgeable and a pleasure to talk to; we look forward to working with him more as the project gets rolling! Then his son, Francis, has visited twice since - once to flush our water heater and again to do a furnace cleaning (which he noticed was leaking from the exhaust pipe when he was here for the water heater!). I have never met a more friendly and delightful person! He comes with a checklist and is very thorough in everything he does, even cleaning out all the units inside and around them. We were having a problem with our tankless heater and he explained everything and was very thorough. Never once has another company handed me a checklist for my records so I can see what was done and what was observed. I'll even add that calling and working with Jess to get things scheduled has been pain-free! She is very pleasant to talk to and we look forward to being a long-term customer of Service Solutions! Will be recommending this company to everyone.

Once more, great service from Service Solutions. Just replaced our furnace & AC with a new heat pump and furnace. Helped us through the process to apply for a MassHeat zero percent loan, installed the equipment, showed us how to use the new thermostat and will be helping with the process for us to get rebates. They've serviced our needs for 18 years, and consistently are terrific!
