Richard M Adams Plumbing & Heating is a plumbing business whose MA plumber license 13622-PL-M is active on the state registry, with Richard Adams as the holder of record. A recent customer says Rich went out to an elderly friend's house to address drain issues and got things squared away on a Friday afternoon before a long weekend. In a 2025 review, a customer said Rich walked them through shutting everything off safely when their water heater was found leaking at night, got a new tank installed the next morning, and also replaced a soon-to-fail main pressure regulator found during the visit. In a 2023 review, a customer said their hot water heater burst at 5 am on a Saturday and Rich replaced it the same day, working after his normal business hours; that customer said they paid a premium because it was the weekend. In another 2023 review, a customer said Rich returned their call within minutes and was at their house within the hour on a day when half the town was dealing with freezing pipes. A recent customer who had two visits says one man who came both times was excellent, but the other man who came on Tuesday morning was beyond rude.
Called to address drain issues for an elderly friend of mine. We got crossed up on communications. Rich was able to go out to her house and get things all squared away on a Friday afternoon before a long weekend. Great guy and great job. Would recommend him to anyone.
Over the last 2 weeks you guys have been to my house twice for services. There was one guy that was there both times and he was excellent. The other guy that came Tuesday morning was horrible. He was beyond rude and ignorant. From what I gather from my neighbors they have had the exact same experience regarding that individual.
Excellent service from R M Adams Plumbing - called in at night when water heater was found leaking in our basement, Rich was quick to walk us through making sure everything was shut off safely and got us a new tank installed the next morning. Also replaced a soon to fail main pressure regulator that was found during visit. All 2 days before Christmas - great service and great guy! Would recommend
Rich has been our go to plumber for years now. You call, he responds almost immediately. No job is too small. Reasonable rates and hard working. The best local plumber by far. Highly recommended.
Rich has helped my family with all of our plumbing needs from our shower to kitchen sink. Rich is the embodiment of what local businesses should be. Very professional, honest, and hard working. By far the best value in town and by someone who is local to the area!
