Services Plus

I've worked with Services Plus three times in the past 2 years and every experience with them has been fantastic. They are professional, courteous, and do a great job. Most recently I had them scrape, prime, caulk, and paint my father's house and it was done quickly and came out great.

We have used Services Plus for a wide variety of projects over many years. Uga and his amazing team do top quality work at very reasonable prices plus they're 100% reliable, ethical and organized. Every project is stress‑free, with a project manager guiding you through each step. I can't recommend them enough. Big thanks to Uga, Pedro, Ivomar, Louis, Jefferson and the others on our latest project!

I have used Services Plus twice now in the last few years, most recently in July 2026. I have been extremely pleased with their communication, professionalism, quality of work and timeliness to get the project completed. I had two workers at my house for about 1 week and they really stay focused and worked very hard. I will use them again.

The word SERVICE is not what it used to be. More often than not a client talks to people and gets the distinct feeling that the person on the other end, is not really interested. SERVICE PLUS (SP) is different! Everyone with the company is a professional. My experience started with Ugo, who was professional, friendly. and made some expert recommendations. A day later, I got a quote with photographs of everything that SP would do for me. Once the contract was signed SP sent a person to "prep" the house and he did a very thorough job. While this was on-going, I got a call from Pedro who introduced himself as the project manager and was available to me with any/all questions. After the "prep" was done, SP sent 3 people to do the carpentry work which was followed by painting. What a fantastic job these guys did! The temperature outside was 90 degrees Fahrenheit, yet they did not take any breaks, besides the one hour for lunch. Additionally, they did not use the "facilities" inside the house, even though I offered it more than once. After the painting was done, another SP person came to do a final "walk-around" with me. This was completed in 10 minutes as there was nothing that SP had not addressed on this job. 5 is the highest available as noted above, but I going to give SP a 5 +.
