SERVPRO of Concord is accredited by the Better Business Bureau with an A+ grade. Its website says it specializes in water and fire damage, storm and mold remediation and construction, offers 24/7 emergency service, and lists a service area that includes Concord, Bow, Pembroke and Penacook. In a recent Google review, a customer sent by an insurance company wrote that they wasted no time getting to the home to evaluate and then remediate, that James, the project manager, was personable, kind and reassuring, and that Jerome and Elijah saved the customer's luxury vinyl plank flooring. On day two, that customer wrote, Elijah returned with Kyle to complete the job, which included crawling under the manufactured home to remove wet insulation. In another recent review, a customer wrote that Carl, Harrine and Lee did a great job fixing water issues in their basement and were very communicative. A different recent customer wrote that Jerome and Ray were there the same day and were always there when they said they would be. In a third recent review, the customer wrote that Jerome, Lee, Craig, Vidal and James, the operation manager, worked several long days and weekend days and were courteous, friendly and responsive to questions. One recent customer gave one star and wrote that over 3 months passed with nothing done after the first worker was taken off the job, that they had to text every week for updates, and that the inventory of ruined items took over 3 months. That customer also wrote that a bag was put in the bathroom sewer drain and, after they moved back to the house, it overflowed again, leaving sewage in the basement and on the bathroom floor.
The Servpro team were Jerome, Lee, Craig, Vidal, and James, the Operation Manager. They all worked hard including several long days and weekend days. They were courteous, friendly, responsive to questions and respectful. The quality of their work was up to the highest standards. They were especially sensitive to the needs of people in sudden emergency circumstances, facing substantial loss. We highly recommend their services to anyone in need.
It’s been over 3 months and nothing been done. Everyone passes the buck to someone else saying it’s another person issue. The first guy was amazing and then they removed him since then nothing, I am texting every week and get a response someone will get back to you. I had to continue texting. Nothing gets done no phone call back, owners don’t call just keep saying James will get back to you. Randall said well James should be dealing with this. Once again I got a text saying they are busy and see if they can make it tomorrow. I even told one of the guys that I want the owner to call me, yeap that hasn’t happened. We have had three issues that Servpro has done and still no response from the guys. I shouldn’t have to text every week to find out what is going on. It took over 3 months to get the inventory done for the stuff that got ruined. I could add tons of pictures that what is not done. Then to top off it off, they put a hole in the sheet rock, put a garage bag in the sewer drain in the bathroom, once we moved back to the house it over flowed again and have sewer in the basement and on The floor in the bathroom. Oh they came out to see the flood and said oh that’s nothing, then came back on Monday when it happened and sprayed something on the floor in the basement. When they moved the toilet out of the bathroom on December 31, the bag mist of been wet because under the plastic the floor was ruined and moldy. I move the sink and the same thing. Once again they said oh well that should come out when you sand the floor. Then James came out to do the inventory and saw the floor and couldn’t believe we were still putting up with things as it’s been since December 30,2025. He asked what they could do to make it right with us, like do a cleaning on our ventilation unit. Then it went silent again. I told James we would do the work out self as nothing is happening thru Servpro. Then my son gets a nasty phone call at work from Servpro for payment that the insurance company paid. But they didn’t care about it’s been since December 30, 2025. Once again they haven’t reach out to us only to complain about payment. Servpro should of called the insurance company not my son. If I could give negative stars I would but it wouldn’t let me do no stars. The other excuse was new owners, you would think they would want to do better with the customer not do nothing! If they have left Jermone doing the job we would of been done. Jermone was amazing and always keeping me up to date on everything. But it went to a standstill when they took him away. Then it was someone else’s problem. So just pass the buck and don’t deal with the issue since December 30, 2025. That’s a way to run a business! Then send a message on here to reach out to them. It’s not a one way street, they can make calls too. It’s should not be me reaching out to them.
Jerome and Ray were here the same day. Jerome, Ray, Eli, Lee, Eric & Craig, did an amazing job for us with respect, kindness, empathy and much needed humor. They were always here when they said they would be & were more than willing to help with whatever we needed. Carl was awesome too. Thank you all so much!
These guys were sent to my home by my insurance company. I was skeptical at first because in the past, I'd had a very bad experience with the seacoast franchise. But, this Concord franchise was altogether a different and highly positive experience. They are awesome! They wasted no time getting to my home to evaluate, and then remediate the situation. James, the project manager, was so personable, kind and reassuring. He made sure his men were on the job, working hard for me. Day one, I had Jerome and Elijah. Again, such polite, professional and hard working young men. A big shout out to them for saving my luxury vinyl plank flooring and doing a superb job overall! I'm sure it was not easy to take it up without damaging it. Day 2, Elijah returned with another worker (Kyle, whom I understand was on his last day) to complete the job which included crawling under my manufactured home to remove wet insulation. I am very grateful to these young men for all their hard work. If you are in need of help with water clean up of any kind, I would highly recommend the CONCORD team. (Stay away from SEACOST!) Now I can get busy putting my home back together.
Carl, Harrine, and Lee were honestly a joy to work with. They did a great job fixing our water issues in our basement and were very communicative. Carl especially went above and beyond and was extremely kind. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again! Additionally, the company they recommended to us for our plumbing needs were wonderful. Overall, they took great care of us and our home.
