Before booking, it is worth asking Insurcomm directly about permitting on your specific project, getting a clear written timeline, and confirming who your point of contact will be if something needs revisiting after the work is done — communication gaps show up more than once in the complaint record. For a large storm-damage or fire-loss job that needs insurance coordination and nationwide backing, Insurcomm has the scale and certifications to handle it; for something smaller, it is worth weighing that scale against a documented pattern of permit and follow-through issues on a handful of recent jobs.
