A June 2026 customer specifically named SERVPRO of North Adams and Greenfield after a house fire. They said Michael Salzarulo and his crew managed a large cleanup and mitigation job and tried to help with contractor referrals, extra support and information about the insurance claim process. The customer described complications during repairs and praised the team's help through those difficulties. In May 2026, a customer said a failed 40-gallon water heater flooded their cellar and finished recreation room. Their insurer recommended SERVPRO. The team arrived within a few hours and began putting a plan in place; the customer praised their professionalism and cooperation.

I had SERVPRO come out for a water damage issue, and they did a great job. The team was friendly, professional, and explained everything clearly. They showed up on time, worked quickly, and made the whole process a lot less stressful. I’d definitely recommend SERVPRO if you ever have water damage.
Servpro eliminated all the problems my home in Savoy MA experienced as a result of burst pipes. From the very first phone call to owner Michael, all was done in the most professional manner. Water removal and cleanup followed by restoration of affected areas (walls, carpeted and hardwood floors) have left the house in a condition where the damage was unnoticeable and the house looks great. Thanks to the highly qualified and experienced Servpro team (Mark, Kyle, Landon, John and owner Michael). I recommend them to anyone needing their services.
just here to say these guys are the BEST!!!!!... I was in trouble, I called, they came over same day. walked me through everything, on time, focused, clean, and team works well together....also very patient with my anxiety and 2000000 questions.....and they also do a marvelous job of superb clean up before they leave...that really stuck out to me, as I was prepared with vacuum and Swiffer, bc thats meee, but no need..... they cleaned better than I do!...house smells great, no old drain smells, which was driving me nuts.and did I say personable? like they're part of the family, not just workers who walk by you and hide... call Michael salzarulo , owner, and gitter done!... glad I did.......THANK YOU SERVPRO TO ALLLLLL OF YOU>>>>>>> :)
I don't wish a house fire on anyone, but Servpro of North Adams and Greenfield made the process as painless as it could possibly be. Michael Salzarulo and his crew not only did a great job managing a huge cleanup and mitigation job, but they went out of their way to try to help me with contractor referrals, extra support, and comprehensive information about the insurance claim process, which can be very intimidating to sort through without a guide. I had MANY complications and headaches during the repair process, but Servpro's team was consistently professional, friendly, knowledgeable and bending over backwards to help me through all the bumps in the road that came up along the way. I can't imagine going through this with a better team and am SO glad they were the first call I made when disaster hit!
Our cellar was flooded after a 40 gallon hot water heater failed and flooded our basement to include a finished rec.room. We contacted our insurance company who recommended Serve Pro. They were out to see us with in a few hours and immediately started to put a plan in place. We cannot say enough about their professionalism and cooperation.
