Setterlund Plumbing & Heating

Setterlund Plumbing & Heating is a Medfield plumbing and heating company, and a recent Google customer who had just moved to Medfield says the spigots, kitchen sink, toilet and bathroom faucets were all broken. The Setterlund team figured out that the toilet was leaking onto the garage ceiling, fixed that and then the other issues, and came back to replace the bathroom faucets because that ended up being less expensive. That customer says all of the work came in under $1000. The company says it has served Norfolk County since 1988 and is run by Cliff Setterlund. Clifford Setterlund's Massachusetts plumber license, 10972-PL-M, is active on the state registry. On Google it holds 5 stars from 64 ratings. A 2024 Google customer called first thing on a Monday morning about a water heater leak, said Cliff was at the home at noon that day, and had hot water by 3:00. A 2025 customer said a new hybrid water heater was put in and the bill came in $750 less because of a manufacturer rebate the customer had not known about. In a 2023 review, a customer who had just bought a home wrote that Luke came out to replace 8 leaking valves for sinks, the dishwasher and an outdoor hose. A 2025 customer said Cliff and his staff installed a new kitchen sink and faucet in an old house where the old sink could not come out without taking apart the windowsill and trim, and wrote that Cliff did his carpentry magic and out came the old sink. A 2025 customer reached out to Setterlund to repair a Navien Combi Unit and hydronic baseboard heat system, and that 2025 customer wrote that the problem was diagnosed practically 24 hours after first reaching out. A 2025 Google customer wrote that an earlier plumber went right to tearing up floors and walls, whereas Cliff approached it as a system problem. A 2025 r/massachusetts commenter called Cliff super knowledgeable. In a 2015 HomeAdvisor review, a customer said Setterlund installed a gas line for a grill and was on the job within days, after everyone else they called did not even respond because it was considered a small job.
