Shaddai Home Improvement LLC

A 2.5-story house in Brighton, sided in a custom red — the neighbors thought it had been painted. The customer who wrote that in June 2026 said Jaime worked closely with him and his dad on it. Shaddai Home Improvement works out of Milford and takes on the outside of the house: siding, roofing, gutters, trim, windows and doors. Its own site says the company started out on roof leaks, rotted walls and water-damage repairs that most contractors skip, then grew into full installations across ten MetroWest and I-495 towns. The Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration, #204293, is active on the state registry, and BuildZoom lists Jaime Morocho Zhunio as the owner. Siding runs through eight of the nineteen reviews. A July 2025 customer described the crew stripping off all the shingles, fixing what needed work underneath, facing the house with Tyvek and then applying the finish shingles, with the debris hauled away. A June 2025 reviewer had vinyl siding installed along with doors and a large window. A March 2025 reviewer listed siding, roofing and emergency repairs over several years as a customer; a different March 2025 reviewer listed siding, window replacements, roofing and a variety of repairs, and said the crew turned up on time. Gutters, soffits and trim fill in the rest. In a March 2025 review, a homeowner said Shaddai had handled their exterior trim and gutter and downspout work for over ten years. An April 2025 customer had a gutter replaced on a two-story house and called Jaime communicative and upfront. A December 2025 customer needed a soffit replaced and said the crew came when they said they would, at an affordable price. This May, another had the soffits replaced and the window frames, door frames and porch painted, finished on time. The way jobs get sold comes up as often as the work. A January 2026 customer, back for a second project, had a deck replaced and said Jaime laid out every material option clearly without pushing one of them. A December 2025 reviewer described a 24-hour response time and the job done in a single day. In a September 2025 Angi review, a customer said Jamie got in touch quickly, came to look, quoted, then fit them in earlier than scheduled and picked up more supplies when they decided to add to the job. A July 2025 Angi review came from an estimator on a window-replacement project who has known Jamie for more than 20 years and called him in for the siding. Two things to raise on the phone. The company's site states 25 years of experience while Angi and HomeAdvisor each list seven years, so ask how long the crew has been doing your particular job. The site also states CertainTeed Authorized Installer and Authorized Roofer, EPA Lead Certified and OSHA Trained — ask to see those if you want the manufacturer warranty or lead-safe handling on an older house. For a full siding job, a soffit or gutter run, or the trim that goes with them, this is a straightforward Milford call — one customer has kept them for more than ten years. Settle the tenure question and the CertainTeed paperwork before you sign.
