Shannon Gutter Services

Shannon Gutter Services is a small, family-owned gutter cleaning and installation business in Watertown, run by owner Joe Morrissey since founding it in 1997. Its written record is very thin — just three reviews across Google and Angi from 2018 to 2024, all positive, describing prompt, professional service and fair estimates for gutter cleaning and repair, and speaking well of Joe by name. There's a serious matter worth knowing about directly: in June 2026, a local forensics blog reported that a worker with Shannon Gutter Service died after falling about 20 feet from a ladder while on a job in Waltham, MA. This is a single web report rather than an official government filing captured here, but it describes a workplace fatality connected to the company and is worth asking about directly, including how the incident was handled and what safety practices are in place now. Given how little else is on the public record, and the seriousness of that report, anyone considering this company should ask pointed questions about safety, insurance, and current operations before hiring.
