The customer accounts stop in March 2023, so ask for recent references and for a client you can actually reach. And the company markets commercial janitorial work while every account of its work is residential — confirm they still take house cleanings, on what schedule, and what a recurring visit covers. For a homeowner after a small, owner-run crew for recurring cleanings or a pre-sale deep clean, the early reviews are specific and point the same direction. With only three of them and none from the last two years, get the scope, the frequency and the price in writing before the first visit.
