Convenient Cleaners, LLC

Convenient Cleaners runs on repeat business: reviewer after reviewer describes switching from a one-time booking to a standing weekly or biweekly slot, and the reason keeps coming back to the same thing — showing up, doing thorough work, and not needing to be asked twice. Based at 78 Havre Street in East Boston, the company says it runs both residential cleaning and recurring commercial janitorial programs — car dealerships, medical and dental offices, schools, daycares, churches — built around sending the same crew every visit. Its site credits founder Chioke Onwuogu with starting the business after hearing the same complaints from facility managers about inconsistent cleaning crews. On Google, 45 ratings average 5 stars, and the specifics in the reviews back that up. An April 2026 review described a move-out clean where the crew handled the garage without being asked. In early 2025 reviews, customers named Gilmara and Milena as the crew members who did the work — the kind of detail that shows up when the same people keep coming back — with one describing a badly cluttered apartment turned around in a single deep clean. Reviews from late 2024 describe an Airbnb rental cleaned between guest turnovers and a renovated office cleaned corner-to-corner, cobwebs and mildew included, both before and after the work. The one real complaint in the record is a December 2025 review: the cleaning itself was fine, but the reviewer flagged inconsistent timing — arrivals running up to two hours late, and last-minute cancellations. It's an outlier against an otherwise consistent history, but worth asking about if a reliable schedule matters for your household. Two more things worth knowing: the company holds an active Massachusetts Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) certification and a federal SBA HUBZone certification, both verified through their respective registries and running through 2029, which can matter if you're sourcing for a business or municipal contract. Its site also lists Onwuogu as based in Peabody, even though the company's registered address is in East Boston, so it's worth confirming which location actually services your area. For a set-it-and-forget-it recurring cleaner, a move-out clean, or a post-renovation or Airbnb turnover, Convenient Cleaners is a reasonable call — just confirm the crew's expected arrival window given the one report of scheduling slippage.
