I don't know why Jake doesn't have five stars across the board. He showed up exactly when he said he would, did rock-solid work, and charged a fair price--no surprises, no issues. I rarely write reviews but Jake's work warranted it.

Jake is a RARE FIND! His work is exceptional and rivaled only by his extensive knowledge of all matters of fence! As mentioned, he is a rare find in a world of fence installers who only want to rip out and replace without concern for the quality of existing fence. Jake saved us bundles by judiciously targeting and replacing only necessary posts, etc. and preserving most of our solid Cedar fence. The result is a gorgeous new-looking fence more sustainably-built, using and combination of existing and new materials. Jake is honest, hardworking and exceptionally knowledgable. It takes a while to get him, but he's worth the wait!

I’ve hired Jake three separate times to help repair and replace parts of our fence at two different homes. While the quality of his work top shelf, his communication, knowledge and honesty are what sets him apart from anyone else you’ll hire. If you’re considering going with a big name in the area, don’t. Support an incredibly hard working small business owner who has forgotten more about fences than any of us will ever know. Guy is the Michelangelo of fences.

Jake was fantastic and repaired a small section of our fence damaged in a storm. He was quick to communicate and was able to coordinate with me via text. (I am often not able to pick up the phone which makes it difficult to coordinate with many contractors.) He completed the repair quickly and left the area very clean. He also noticed a decorative fence post cap was damaged on the other side of our house and replaced it for us. The final cost of our repair was exactly in the range estimated. I will absolutely contact Jake the next time we need fence work done.
