The Auburn company describes itself as a family-owned basement finishing and remodeling business serving Central Massachusetts. It says Leo DosReis and Ana Paula Dos Reis are co-owners, with Leo also serving as sales manager and CEO. Its website describes moisture-resistant Total Basement Finishing systems and names communities including Worcester, Shrewsbury, Framingham and Brookline in its service area. Google lists a five-star average from 62 ratings. Customers describe substantial changes to unfinished space. In a January 2026 Google review, a homeowner said the team had completed a basement remodel with custom tile, trim and hidden doors. Another January 2026 reviewer credited Leo and his crew with remodeling two bathrooms, praising reasonable pricing and delivery on time as committed. A separate January 2026 review described a basement completed in 2025: Leo and Lucas communicated regularly, worked with the customer on the design and optimized the space. Older accounts include a September 2025 review of a full gut renovation in a 1900s house in Wellesley. That customer described a custom bathroom, bar, playroom and hidden closets, said the team accommodated modifications, and reported that the price matched the quote. A May 2025 reviewer credited Lucas with explaining design choices and helping measure and design a hidden Murphy Door shelf. In October 2024, a Brookline homeowner said Leo, Lucas and the team completed a complicated remodel of an unfinished basement in an old house. An April 2026 customer said the company handled permits and that the finished basement had remained free of issues for well over a year. In a July 2026 Angi review, another customer praised responsiveness to questions and custom requests. One September 2025 Google review described a longer project and a communication concern. The customer said work on an approximately 500-square-foot basement began in January 2025 and finished in July 2025, with city inspections and a sick subcontractor delaying progress by several weeks. They wanted more updates and proactive communication, while saying their questions were answered promptly and praising the finished space. A July 2024 reviewer said the basement-refinishing price initially caused sticker shock, though they were pleased with the completed rooms and believed the work added substantial value to their home.
