Victory Installers, LLC is a carpentry and installation firm at 13 Davis Rd in Auburn, Massachusetts, run by Charles Otiato. Its Massachusetts Home Improvement Contractor registration, #208033, is confirmed active directly against the state registry in the company's own name. The company's website presents it as a commercial trade firm — architectural carpentry, millwork, tenant fit-outs, doors and hardware, access control, cameras and video intercom, sold to facilities and procurement teams. What customers actually write about is mostly the other half of the business: household work, done repeatedly for the same people over years. The carpentry is where the specifics get impressive. A homeowner wrote in March 2026 that Charles gutted an outdated dining-room hutch and replaced it with a custom modern built-in, then built custom shelving in nearly every room of the house including the basement — and in the same breath mentioned him sanding down a door that kept catching on its frame. A 2024 customer listed a leak repair, a painted ceiling, a relined tub and a storm-door installation; another described drywall repair, painting, rollout shelves and hung mirrors; a third moved from replacing outlet covers to a full bathroom renovation, and said Charles helps choose fittings up front to head off installation problems later. The pattern reviewers describe most often is longevity rather than a single job. One had used the company 'for a number of years'; another 'over 3 years'; a property manager calls it their go-to maintenance team; a general contractor who has bid numerous projects alongside them in 2026 describes consistent professionalism across the whole team. That mix — one homeowner's spare-door fix and a commercial bid partner — is unusual and is worth knowing before you call. The record is uniformly positive: 12 reviews from 2023 to 2026, all five stars, three of them in the last six months. That is a small sample, which is why the score sits below the top of the range rather than at it. This is a strong fit if you want one trusted person for a long list of house jobs, or genuinely custom built-in carpentry, in the Auburn–Worcester area. Ask which of the two sides of the business your job falls under and who will be on site, and confirm the registration number — the site prints an older HIC number than the one the state registry currently holds.
Mr. Otatio and Victory Installers have assisted us in bidding numerous projects this year. Every interaction with this company, and its employees, has been total professionalism, diligent workmanship and a desire to not only get the customer the very best product available, but also to make the entire relationship as positive and conducive as possible. I couldn't recommend this team highly enough for any project big or small.
Charles and his team are responsive, thorough, clean and professional. They’ve handled several jobs for us - Big and Small - and they are the best in town!
We hired Charles at Victory Installers for a few projects when we bought our first home, and he quickly became our go-to for just about everything around the house. Since then, he’s handled projects both big and small, and every experience has been excellent. When I say big, I mean major custom work—like gutting our outdated dining room hutch and replacing it with a beautiful, modern custom built-in, as well as creating custom shelving in nearly every room of our home, including the basement. He’s also helped with smaller fixes, like sanding down a door that kept catching on the frame. No matter the size of the job, he always brings the same level of care, professionalism, and attention to detail. Charles is reliable, communicative, honest, friendly, and just genuinely pleasant to work with. He’s the kind of person you feel completely comfortable having in your home, and we trust him 1000% with any project. It’s such a relief to have someone so skilled and dependable that we know we can always count on. We’re incredibly grateful to have found him and would highly recommend Victory Installers to anyone looking for quality work and someone they can truly trust.
I have used Victory Installers for a number of years. Extremely responsive, honest and great people. Would highly recommend!
I've worked with Charles on a variety of projects for both my rental property as well as my personal property. He's done everything from small projects (replace outlet covers, fix holes in the wall, readjust doors and drawers that aren't working properly) to much bigger projects (bathroom renovation). Not only is the work completed with high quality, but Charles will partner with you on ideating solutions to tricky problems. He helps me select the right items (vanity, mirror, etc) to pre-emptively avoid complications down the road. If I pick a mirror that will require a lot more installation work (and $$$), he lets me know so I can decide whether this is where I want to put the money or whether I would rather just pick a different mirror (say). I highly, highly recommend using Charles for you next home improvement project.
