Silco Plumbing

Silco Plumbing is a Stoneham plumbing, heating and air conditioning company that, per its own site, Jerry Silverio founded in 1986 as a family-owned business. Google shows 4.8 stars from 85 ratings, and customers name the technicians often: Connor, Joe, Jason and Nico. Water heaters and AC repairs are regular jobs. In July and August 2025 Google reviews, customers described Connor replacing broken water heaters, fixing an AC the same day he diagnosed it, and replacing a capacitor during a heat wave. An October 2025 reviewer said Jason spent most of a day repairing a shower mixing valve without unneeded parts, then checked the hot water temperature around the house because the customer has little boys. An April 2026 reviewer credited the team with staying on a complicated problem that led to the main drain until it was fixed. A December 2024 reviewer called Silco after a national firm said the furnace needed replacing, and said no replacement was needed. A November 2025 reviewer who had a water heater changed praised the plumber but said the crew should keep shoe covers on hand to protect rugs and floors. The BBB grades it A+.
