My family and I have used Presidential Plumbing on a number of occasions. Our first introduction to them was after my newly installed bathroom in our lower level (our basement was fully renovated in 2025) began to smell of eggs/sewage. I was referred to Tim, and he came by legitimately the next day. Called when he was enroute, and arrived on time. He broke the news that our contractors did a trash job, and this may require some major renovation x wouldn't be cheap. We just had our second kid, and completed a major renovation, so I wasn't super duper thrilled with this news, but it was what it was. Tim had an army there the next day, and they solved the issue with minimal construction. They cut up a few floor panels, and put a small hole in the bathroom wall. They were clean, quick and efficient. Since then, they have complete some smaller project, and have a few other ones on the horizon once I am not broke anymore. Love these guys to death!!!!
