In my humble opinion, Justin at Signal RE is Amazing!!! After going through 15 months of probate, I was emotionally, spiritually, financially exhausted. After being granted the house I signed a PSA with Justin and thought it might be a moment because the house needed some TLC ...To my surprise, the house was on the market for ONLY TWO DAYS!!! We received a cash offer above the asking price and a substantial non refundable down payment. I truly believe it was Justin's methods and viewing expertise that attracted serious buyers. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Justin. You won't be disappointed!!!

Received an unsolicited call from an agent claiming to represent Signal Real Estate and asking if I was interested in selling my house. When I informed them that I had no intention of doing so they proceeded to push and ask "how sure I was" about that. I told the agent that I had only purchased my house a few years ago so I was very sure that I was not selling anytime soon and she proceeded to ask how many years until I would sell the house. After finally accepting the no, the agent asked if I'd be interested in buying more properties. That seems like very desperate behavior, I do not condone buying lists of contact information and cold calling people who have no interest in a company's services. If someone needs a real estate agent, they will find one as there are plenty around. If you are an agency that needs to buy lists to cold call people to find more business, you must not be doing so well. I would avoid this company based on that interaction alone. I hope this review helps to warn others before using this company.
