You made us wait 3 months putting us off!! Then you dropped off equipment in yard and materials left for 3 weeks then took him 4 days to finally do the job which would have taken a professional one day!! Ruined our lawn with his equipment front yard and back cost us thousands we don't have to repair the damaged lawns he caused And got lippy with me on the phone when I told you was terrible job. You left the white pipes here and took all material we paid for claiming it was yours. And you didn't clean up! You put grass seed in contract we got nothing you covered your damage with hay instead of straw your so unprofessional! If we knew what a hack you were we wouldn't have hired you!! I only picked 1 star cause you can't pick anything less! Both cancer patients and he knew it this is how he treats people no compassion whatsoever!! I don't know how you got good reviews that we went by to hire you! And he wouldn't go to Town Hall for permits we did and it held us off longer! I also had my rose bushes and peonies and beautiful flowers ruined. Spent lots of $$$$ on them and all wasted $$$$ to you. Just wanted to add it to your review!! And we dont have incorrect contractor!! You ruined our grass and flowers. And your so rude. I definitely don't have you confused with another contractor you were it!! Horrible!! We should have taken legal action because all money we were out having to hire landscaping people to plant new grass and flowers terrible! Dont know how you are still in business!!
One of their trucks and excavators was blocking the road that I live on. I pulled up and waited, I was ignored. I beeped the horn and the operator yelled “patience” and gave us a dirty look. If this is who works for Sioholm, I wouldn’t ever hire them.
I needed advice on a septic system replacement for a property I was buying, Bill stayed on the phone explaining the excavation and replacement process for 45 minutes. We had never spoken before, but he cared enough to spend the time to explain everything. I highly suggest him, his customer service is unmatched.
Nightmare French drain contractor. Absolutely regret using Siholm Excavation.
