Site Structures Landscape describes itself on its website as a landscaping company working across Seacoast New Hampshire and southern Maine, and says it has been in business 20 years. The towns it lists run from Portsmouth, Rye, Exeter and Stratham to Durham, Dover, Kittery, Eliot and York. A local paper has identified Charlie Bourdages as the owner of Site Structures Landscape in Eliot, Maine, and reported that he does 90 percent of his work in New Hampshire. A recent customer said they removed plants and shrubs and planted grass to start the yard over. A 2022 customer called the company very professional and wrote, "my patio is a dream come true." A recent 2-star review tells a different job. That customer said the initial consultation went well, but the company showed up to work without confirming first, the manager, Ken, did not bring the written notes on what to work on, and most of the verbal instructions given on arrival were ignored. The customer said they bulldozed through valuable plants, and that the multiflora rose, bittersweet and autumn olives were removed to soil level with the root systems left behind, so the invasives came back.

“Charlie Bourdages and a crew from Site Structures Landscape, working in Monday's snow and freezing rain, attempted to move the 30-year-old conifer, valued at about $15,000, to a safer location.”
“Charlie Bourdages, owner of Site Structures Landscape in Eliot, Maine, does 90 percent of his work in New Hampshire and says the watchlist is a necessary step to maintain an ecological balance.”
I had a really frustrating experience with this company last year. The initial consultation was very positive, but interactions with their manager (Ken) went downhill after that point. They showed up to work without confirmation beforehand, which should have been a clue to stop right then. Ken did not bring the notes I had written them about what to work on, and ignored most of the verbal instructions I gave them after arrival - they bulldozed through valuable plants, and did a poor job with the most important part (removal of multiflora rose, bittersweet, and autumn olives). All of the invasives were removed to soil level but root systems left behind, and as you would expect, they're back and bigger than ever this year. This was an expensive lesson.
They did an amazing job removing plants and shrubs and planting grass to start new - thank you so much!
Excellent service providers, very professional, my patio is a dream come true.
