A customer writing in October 2025 described Ruslan replacing an old gate with two sections of fencing. After the work, the customer disliked the hinges' appearance and asked for different ones. According to that review, he removed the original hinges, filled their holes and installed the replacements without an extra charge. The customer praised his attention to detail and friendliness, while also describing a language barrier because his spoken English was limited. They said he worked diligently to keep that from hindering the project. The assembly and hanging jobs were separate accounts.
