In a February 2020 Houzz review, a customer wrote that Todd and his crew at Skyline Building Company tore down their camp and rebuilt it from scratch while the customer was out of state during much of the building process. A July 2018 Houzz reviewer described the same kind of job — a camp tear down and complete new build by Drew, Todd and crew three years earlier — and wrote that they are willing to come by free of charge three years later to answer questions. The company says it specializes in custom new homes, additions, remodels and renovations, and lists a service area from Richmond and Burlington to Stowe and Waitsfield. In a January 2018 Houzz review, Skyline remodeled a customer's first floor, added bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs, replaced a leaking door, built a second story deck, fixed damaged siding and poured a concrete pad for a hot tub. In a February 2018 review, a customer wanted a kitchen opened up and remodeled in a tight window before a first child; Todd sent a rendering with an itemized quote, and the job stayed within budget and timeline. A February 2018 reviewer also described a complete kitchen remodel by Drew, Todd and crew in 2015. In a March 2018 review, a restoration contractor who reconstructed a 1790's house called in Todd, Drew and crew for the modern addition. In a September 2020 Houzz review, Skyline finished a customer's condo renovation, with Todd and Will described as detail-oriented. In June 2020 a reviewer wrote that Will was on site the whole time during a bedroom and bathroom renovation and that the estimates were spot on. In a December 2018 review, Skyline finished a basement. In September 2026 a Google reviewer wrote that Todd, Drew and Matt order the correct number of materials and give realistic timelines. My husband and I can’t be more thankful for the men of Skyline Building. Todd Farr and Drew Donovan were true professional during the whole process. The craftsmanship and knowledge of the whole skyline team was exceptional. Our forever home is both lovely and functional. We are forever grateful for this group of men.
Skyline Building Company recenty finished our condo renovation and we could not be happier. Over the years my husband and I have worked with a variety of contractors in several states, and this by far was the best experience we’ve ever had. To say that both Todd and Will are detail-oriented somehow seems like an understatement. We could clearly see the high standards they set for themselves as well as their subcontractors (who by the way sing their praises as well). We highly recommend Skyline and will definitely use them for any future projects!
My experience with Skyline has been nothing short of exceptional. Skyline renovated our bedroom and bathroom and did a wonderful job. They are incredibly professional, communicative, responsive, and attentive. Will was on site the whole time and he handled all issues that came up with calm and clarity. He fixed things that the original owners failed to do and he kept the entire site immaculate! The subcontractors were the best I have ever worked with. It is clear that Skyline treats their subcontractors as partners and respects their work. These were the most professional, honest, and authentic people I have ever worked with in the construction industry. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Skyline, their work, their ethos, and who they are as people. I also want to say that their estimates were spot on. The only overages were on our part.
If I could rate Todd and his crew higher than excellent, I would. I can not say enough about my experience working with Skyline.We used them to tear down our camp and rebuild from scratch. To begin with, Todd was very trustworthy, which was critical as we were out of state during much of the building process. His communication with me was outstanding. His attention to detail was amazing. The final product was more than we could have hoped for. I felt like Todd cared for this project as if it were his own house. The guys on his team are the same, trustworthy, talented and dependable. Skyline is a first class, top of the line business and I feel fortunate to have had them build our forever house.
