Home Vision Co.

Home Vision Co. is a gutter and roofing company out of Malden. One recent customer had Kiril and his team work on a 150-year-old Victorian and said Kiril was patient and accommodating about where the downspouts went. That customer also said Kiril took the time to answer all of their questions. In a recent review, Kiril and his team replaced a long stretch of rotten wooden gutter with a new paintable fiberglass gutter that the customer said looks identical to the classic ones. A recent customer who called about a drain pipe that fell from a triple-decker said the company came out the next day and put on a better quality drain pipe, at a price that customer called very reasonable. A recent customer said Kiril and his staff have kept their copper gutters clean since 2017. A recent customer said the company did a thorough roof inspection, explained the roof's condition and walked through the options without any pressure before a roof replacement. A recent customer said the company repaired part of an over-door canopy that had broken off in a snow storm. A 2026 r/ArlingtonMA commenter said they used Home Vision for a roof leak and got the lowest price. Its Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration, number 206916, is active on the state registry under Home Vision Co. A 2022 Thumbtack customer said the company completed a gutter downspout repair and arrived right on time. In an August 2023 r/somerville thread, a poster said they used Home Vision two years earlier to install gutters and called it affordable compared to other quotes, very responsive and fast.
