That customer said a Nor'easter was building on the day of the visit, the crew prioritized getting there before the heavy rains started, and Julian and Antonio did a complete repair on the spot. A recent customer said the house had gone 3 years without an electric bill after Skyline installed the panels, and when a slight leak showed up in the rain, project manager Selena Spell got workers out to repair an area under one of the panels. On one recent install, all 22 panels went on the main front roof and the meters and boxes were put outside with limited view from the street; that customer said they cleaned up before they left. A recent customer said everyone from the salesperson to the installation crew to the person meeting the building inspector was professional. A 2025 customer said their SolarEdge inverter box failed seven years after Skyline's install, and Selena worked for two weeks to reach someone at SolarEdge. A 2025 customer said Selena helped with warranty paperwork and 12 defective panels were replaced. A 2023 customer said one microinverter was not working after the install and was replaced a few days later, but when a second one failed, 4 emails and calls to 2 listed numbers went unanswered for a month. A 2022 customer said the installation was messed up, causing a massive delay, and the company refused to compensate a $700 electric bill after the system was left running when it was not supposed to be. A 2025 customer said they did not answer their phone. A 2025 customer who first had trouble reaching the company for repairs said a number found through a web search was a scam, and to use only the number on the company's website.
We have had nothing but a great experience with Skyline Solar every step of the way. Our initial experience with our install was painless and pleasant. Fast forward to over a year later when we unfortunately noticed signs of water entering our house in a segregated area due to an issue with one corner of a mounted panel, their response was flawless. I reached out about the leak and received a reply within a couple of hours, complete with a clear game plan.We worked directly over the phone with Selena, who was incredible to deal with. She truly collaborates with you to ensure her team schedules their visit at a time that works best for your calendar. The crew was incredibly fast to respond. In fact, a Nor’easter was building on the day they were scheduled to arrive, but that didn’t stop them! They actually prioritized getting to our house to find and address the issue before the heavy rains even started. We had the absolute pleasure of working with Julian and Antonio during the assessment and repair. They were incredibly pleasant, professional, and super thorough. They explained exactly what happened and did a complete repair on the spot. Because roof leaks can be tricky, they honestly advised us that we’d need to wait and see to ensure it is 100% resolved. In the meantime, they gave us clear steps to make sure any potential moisture dries out, told us exactly what to look out for, and outlined a clear plan of action if we see any further issues. They completely stood behind their work and gave us total peace of mind that we were in good hands and if there ever were any form of repairs needed related to the install that it wouldn’t be something we would have to cover. They even pointed out a couple of completely unrelated roof issues while they were up there and offered advice and guidance around it! Overall, I cannot say enough good things about Skyline Solar. Their integrity and customer service are unmatched, and I would highly recommend them to anyone!
They are great! The entire process was smooth from start to finish. The team was professional, responsive, and made everything easy to understand. The installation was done on time, and the quality of the work was excellent. I highly recommend Skyline Solar to anyone considering going solar!

Although this company works for sunstrung as a subsidiary, I can't help but to be impressed by their dedication and strong work ethic. Every step of the way they have worked with me, acquiesced to a couple of my peculiar requests and even agreed to work with my contractors, on getting my solar panel system reintegrated with my system. The level of professionalism and courtesy is beyond compare! In future events once I have full control of my solar system, they will be the company I work with primarily.
