They were extremely professional and handled my item with the utmost care. They were also very transparent and upfront in their quote for the job and were prompt effective and efficient while they completed the work. They will be the first people I contact with any future moving and can't wait to refer friends. They also had good customer service on the phone and in person. I called at 4:30p inquiring about pricing for one item. Richard notified me there was a possibility of same day pick-up and delivery, and called back with an incredibly reasonable price (I was getting quoted over $500 from other companies for one large item, and only needed it moved 10 miles away). By 8:30pm the item was fully moved - the movers were communicative and efficient. By far easiest moving process thanks to them. Both mover were amazing? They went above and beyond to make sure everything went smooth. Especially going from a house to an apartment on 2nd floor was a little skeptic before I know my furnitures are heavy but with all honesty they did their thing and I am so grateful and happy. I had 2 dining set one marble and one glass and they were pretty heavy, 2 bedroom sets and a big living room along with some extra things, they did an amazing job. Thank you for such a wonderful service. This pro responded immediately and was able to pick up a motorized recliner lift chair, transport it to me 20 miles away, and bring it upstairs without any issue. Works on Sundays which is helpful! Experienced movers, on time, quick, and courteous with phone and the text updates of arrival times. Good price and extremely happy with the experience. Would definitely hire again!
